Key Responsibilities

• Assist Professor with reports, proposals, meeting documents, presentations, speeches, and other communication materials.
• Organize meeting minutes, analyze data, and identify key information to prepare materials, supporting the Centre’s strategies for research relevance, international visibility, and donor/university collaborations.
• Handle ethics and grant applications as well as project management.
• Manage the calendar, schedule meetings (including international ones), arrange travel, and handle travel, transport, and hospitality claims.
• Compile performance data, coordinate staff hiring, and assist in the annual performance review process.
• Support meetings, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Professor or the reporting manager.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in personal assistance in assisting Senior Management 
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Software/Canva to create graphics for slides.
