Executive Assistant / Executive, Distribution (Post Sales)

Job description

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive individual to join our Distribution team. The role supports post-policy servicing activities, including policy endorsements, cancellations, renewals and Foreign Worker Bonds quotations, while providing quality service to customers and intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage policy endorsements, cancellations and renewals within established service turnaround timelines. 

• Underwrite and provide quotations for Foreign Worker Bonds. 

• Monitor renewal portfolios, assess renewal appeals and support the retention of existing business.

• Provide ongoing service support to customers and intermediaries, ensuring timely follow-up and fostering strong long-term relationships. 

• Provide backup support for Customer Care Counter operations, including attending to customer enquiries via phone, email and walk-in channels, processing credit card transactions, and handling related servicing requests. 

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Manager, Distribution. 

Requirements 

• Diploma or higher qualification. 

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in insurance, policy servicing, customer service or related functions. 

• Possess Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) and Certificate in Health Insurance (CHI). 

• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. 

• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. 

• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
