The Opportunity:
We are looking for Executive Assistant, Resourcing (1-year contract). As part of the Resourcing team, you will be responsible for supporting a team of recruiters in interview coordination and administration duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the interview coordination for direct and agency candidates


• Liaise with hiring managers on their availability for interviews


• Collate candidates’ documents prior to interviews


• Process timesheets and invoices


• Work collaboratively with the team to support recruitment activities

Requirements:

• Qualified Diploma from a recognised institution


• Good coordination, engagement and interpersonal skills


• Resourceful, resilient and able to work independently


• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
