Assist sales director to provide quotation to customer and follow up on inquiry.

Provides after-sales support to Sales division and day-to-day business liaison with major customers.

Responsible for order processing, follow-up closely and internal co-ordination with customers, Carrier and transport agent to ensure timely delivery.

Provide good customer service through product knowledge, handling enquiries.

Prepare and co-operate with internal and external agents to process or make available necessary shipping documents, export/import documents, etc

Any other adhoc additional functions mandated by Management.

Assist director on all administrative tasks.

Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.

Required to read and write Mandarins candidates need to liaise with ChinaHQ counterparts

Experience in freight forwarding / Shipping Line preferred.
