Job Brief
Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support executives.
Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing claims and expenses report.
A person with great time management, well organized and able to act without guidance. Needs to be resourceful, innovative, and proactive to support executives. Must think independently to make decision under pressure.
Job Responsibilities
- Point of contact among executive, employees, customers, and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Making travel arrangements and preparing expenses claims and reports
- Attending to guests and visitors
- Preparation for meetings
- Liaison for any contract/agreement and/or payment/billing arrangement
- Keep track of revenue contact and processing of invoices
- Maintain proper filing and record keeping of contacts information for Management office
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
