Our esteemed client from healthcare industry is looking for Executive Assistant – Workplace Health & Safety.

Responsibilities:

• Roll out Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) initiatives across the organization group, ensuring coordinated efforts, alignment with the wide policies, dissemination of best practices, and compliance with Ministry of Manpower regulations.
• Serve as the Secretariat for the organizational Total Workplace Safety and Health Oversight Committee.
• Affirm the prioritization of WSH within RHSO by publicizing the WSH commitment, monitoring and assessing WSH goals and performance, allocating ample resources, actively promoting WSH, and ensuring staff possess the required WSH knowledge. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in relevant field
• Knowledge in WSH Act and requirements
• Good communication skills and Microsoft proficiency
