Executive, Clinical Operations

Responsibilities and Duties:

Operations Management

· Work with outpatient team to review work processes and service environment to execute changes to optimise service delivery

· Support execution of new initiatives to be implemented for outpatient services

· Facilitate in service evaluation and decision-making process by seeking the best practices that align with business objectives

Project Management

· Research and collate information from various departments and suppliers for assigned projects

· Develop business case presentation and related reports for senior management’s approval

· Work with various departments to support execution of approved projects

· Support project monitoring, evaluation and progress reporting

Job Requirements:

· Degree with minimum 4 years’ experience in healthcare sector operations and business development

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Proficient in data analysis and budgeting

· Able to work independently and a team player who is self-driven, meticulous, manages pressure and result-oriented

· Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and data analytics software e.g. Tableau
