As a Senior/ Executive, Community Outreach, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee and direct the Active Ageing Center's daily operations in accordance with MOH/AIC, AAC senior management, and other directives.
• Create a thorough Community Outreach Plan for the service area in order to fulfill the yearly
• Assigned goal of having elders participate.
• Support and meet the needs of the elderly in the community, fortify current ties and find new community partners.
• Initiate proactive outreach to community partners, asking them to collaborate on projects that will benefit the larger community.
• Make sure the activities in the Active Ageing Center meet the five domains needed by MOH/AIC, monitor and regularly review the activities with the team.
• Assemble and timely submit the necessary reports to MOH/AIC, AAC Senior Management, and AAC.Control and provide effective direction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from an accredited University or Polytechnic
• Preferably in the field of Social Work or Gerontology
