Supporting the Community team, this role will have to:
- greeting and managing entry access of JustCo members, visitors, guests; conducting centre tours
- providing exceptional service to JustCo members, visitors and guests
- responding to products & offerings, service-related queries/requests from members, visitors/guests over various channels (e.g. at the centre front desk, over emails or calls)
- assist with JustCo members move in, move out experiences (e.g., setting up a studio, handling necessary studio reinstatement works)
- assisting in the day-to-day operations of JustCo centre(s) to ensure it is usage ready for JustCo members, visitors and guests, including but not limited to centre opening and closing, ensuring the general cleanliness and maintenance of centres, setting up and managing specific spaces (e.g. pantry, meeting rooms) usage
- administrative work required for seamless centre operation (e.g., handling front desk duties, courier matters, performing payment charges, creating invoices, submitting receipts, updating centre and member records/transactions)
- setting up show studios as per pre-defined standards
- assisting with and/or participating in members events and any other JustCo Community related/driven initiatives
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate (Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Hospitality & Hotel Management) or at least ‘N’/'O' Level Certificate with 1 year of relevant working experience in hospitality or service industry
- Good spoken English and one other local language
- Proficient in MS Office
- Friendly, cheerful and energetic
- Empathetic
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team player with ability to work independently
