OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To drive marketing campaigns, cultivate partnerships with relevant partners and execute strategic initiatives on Product or Business Development based on the Customer Experience Journey and Customer Insights so that we can reach out to our target audience in the right marketing format, with the right content, at the right time to achieve our marketing desired outcomes.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage the various Key Marketing Campaigns such as SEO, email marketing, and content creation that are aligned with the marketing direction of RHI to drive awareness and leads generation.
2. Partnership Marketing function – Explore collaborations/ projects with relevant partners (clients, health, wellness, tech or financial partners) that are aligned with our overall marketing and branding position and foster strong relationships that we can leverage on for business outcomes for both RHI and RMG.

4. Work closely with external vendors to manage website and execute media campaigns and optimise digital campaigns.
5. Analyse data to gather feedback and metrics, leveraging these insights to refine strategies, improve campaign effectiveness and prepare monthly report
SUCCESS CRITERIA
· Ensure the success of the marketing campaigns assigned based on lead capture or traffic generation.
· Drive key collaboration or strategic projects with key partners and achieve the specific objectives set.
· Establishing strong rapport with the aforesaid key partners that allows for continuous exploration for future projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(A) EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
· Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
· At least 1 - 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role
· Experience or interest in insurance or healthcare industry is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Familiarity with design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
· Experience in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and a solid grasp of digital marketing tools preferred.
