Executive, Education (ACP Anaesthesiology) - Hiring Now

Job responsibilities

• Coordinate Monthly Education Pillar meetings: prepare agenda and slides, take minutes and remind pillar members of follow-up.
• Medical student postings: Work with doctors on student postings from LKC, Duke-NUS, YLL.  To prepare posting timetable /schedule - liaise with schools on posting dates, check with doctors/tutors on availability and schedule accordingly.  
• Track teaching time and student feedback.  Need to calculate or verify actual teaching.  
• To work with doctor leads for each school on academic appointments, promotions of our doctors at 3 medical schools.  
• Professional development talks - once a month, zoom 7.15am to 8.30am.  Need to work with Vice-chair education to identify speakers and work with each speaker on topic, slides etc. Publicise event, arrange for recording of session and facilitate the session on actual day.
• Medical student engagement sessions.  To coordinate every week (Mon) 7.15-8.30 via zoom. 
• Faculty Development Fund: to send out notice to apply and collate applications for submission to Education Office.
• Provide logistics support n coordinate ad-hoc education related courses, workshops and events. Help out in ACP wide events such as annual academic day, retreat etc.

Job requirements:

1. Degree in any discipline.
2. Experience working in an education dept in SingHealth or other public healthcare insitution will be a strong advantage.
3. Good coordination skills do not mind doing a very administrative job.  Able to communicate and work well with doctors. 
4. Preferably, able to start as soon as possible.
