You will assist in planning and implementing staff engagement and wellbeing projects. You will manage the operational and administrative functions as well as liaise and communicate effectively with the different stakeholders on the project. You will assist with the analysis of the Employee Engagement Survey (EES) results to identify the areas of needs and concerns for Pharmacists and the Pharmacy Support workforce. You will contribute to the planning of initiatives to address the concerns raised in the EES and improve the engagement. You will strategise, plan and develop content for communication materials to engage and update the Pharmacy workforce on plans driven at national/cluster level while providing opportunities for recognition and profiling of individuals/pharmacy-led projects.
You will perform secretariat duties for various engagement and wellbeing related committees/workgroups. You will monitor and follow up on discussions from the workgroup meetings and prepare regular updates to senior leadership and other management forums. You will provide administrative and operational support as well as other duties as assigned by supervisor.
