Job Description - Executive, Group Commercial (1 Year Contract)
To support the commercial team for weekly/monthly reporting (utilization report, fleet status report, MMR backlog reports, weekly marketing updates – minutes of meeting)
To be responsible for Sales and Purchase enquiries, actively engaging with buyers for vessels to be disposed, sourcing for candidates which Group/BU wishes to pursue
To be responsible for closing of a sale/purchase transaction, including handling all documents related to the Protocol of delivery and acceptance and liaison with departments such as legal and accounts for invoicing
To assist in the planning of marketing events and activities
Minimum 1 year in offshore support vessel (OSV) sales and purchase experience or commercial support experience in similar industry
Minimum diploma in Business or Maritime studies
Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential
Highly organized, resourceful, proactive and meticulous
