Executive (Inpatient) - Urgent Hiring

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide administrative support to our ward. The Ward Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the ward by managing various administrative tasks, managing inventory, and assisting with budget management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily staff assignment templates for the ward
• Tabulate and submit staff monthly allowance claims
• Track and report data related to nursing key indicators (e.g Pressure ulcers, falls etc)
• Organize and manage ward inventory, including assets listing and preventive maintenance schedules
• Manage purchase requisition including raising of Purchase Requisition, processing of invoice for payment
• Manage and ensure adequate supplies of consumables according to par levels and utilization charging compliance
• Assist with budget management and annual budget planning
• Support and participate in service quality improvement projects
• Supervise and guide Patient Service Assistants
• Manage overtime claims for nurses and update staff contact information and address
• Track and schedule nurses for BCLS and Singapore Nursing Board certificate renewal
• Arrange bento for nurses and pantry requisitions for patients and staff
• Manage requests for rental of medical equipment and arrange courier services as needed
• Plan the roster for Health Attendants and Service Ambassadors, and track their annual leave and medical leave
• Maintain a systematic system of archiving electronic documents and files
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Nurse Manager

Job Requirement

• Degree in Business Management or Healthcare related
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
