Executive, Limits Monitoring

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive, Limits Monitoring to join our team at RHB Investment Banking. In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily operational activities within the Limits Monitoring Team, including limits activation, maintenance, and monitoring. You will work closely with business units to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to turnaround timelines, while supporting continuous improvements in processes and service delivery.

What you will be doing

• To perform daily BAU operations such as limits activation, maintenance, and static data updates
• To monitor limits effectively to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• To ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks while meeting agreed turnaround times with Business Units
• To minimize operational risks and prevent losses through diligent monitoring and control
• To support initiatives aimed at improving productivity, operational efficiency, and cost optimization
• To build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, aligning support to business needs

What we're looking for

• Minimum Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field
• Experience in banking operations, limits monitoring, or related functions is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proactive, motivated, and committed to continuous improvement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational risk management practices is an added advantage
