• Direct and guide clients through insurance policy and coverage questions.

• Manage, negotiate, and resolve claims efficiently with policyholders, workshops, and external insurance firms.

• Evaluate claims against policy terms to ensure accurate payouts within established authority thresholds.

• Maintain appropriate reserves for outstanding claims based on initial evaluations.

• Deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries and customer concerns promptly.

• Coordinate seamlessly with external vendors, including surveyors, legal professionals, and repair networks.

• Audit and assess active claim files to ensure procedural alignment.

• Execute additional ad-hoc responsibilities and tasks as required by the team.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong background in claims assessment and policy interpretation.

• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to settle claims across multiple parties.
