Executive, Office of Risk Management

You will be part of a team in the Office of Risk Management, working closely with clinicians and administrators, assisting in data and trend analysis for hospital-wide risk sensing for the management.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and preparation of dataset for respective stakeholders, support in data submissions to internal and external parties, and assist in the administration of the department’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) training and various workshop sessions.
• Support respective clinical leads in the management and coordination of the project(s) as well as supporting other project team members in the delivery of the project(s)
• Work closely with various stakeholders to provide risk-perspective support to the incident reporting system.
• Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, presentations, and proposals to management and funders
• Assist in the development of work processes to collect, compile, maintain and analyze data, feedback and surveys gathered

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline from reputable university
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in healthcare industry would be advantageous
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
