Executive Officer - Programmes

1.    Youth Programmes

• Work with 4PM Programme Manager and Social Workers to plan and conduct youth engagement programmes.

• Administer logistics for class learning journeys and sessions.

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and obtain necessary consent forms from participants.

• Conduct youth participants' surveys and gather feedback to evaluate programmes.

• Work with the Programmes Team to ensure programmes KPI's are met and desired outcomes are achieved.
  

2.   Bahas 4PM (Malay Language Debate Competition)

• Organise the 4PM Annual Debate (Bahas) Competition for Secondary and Tertiary levels (Preliminary rounds to Finals) according to programme deliverables.

• Work with volunteers and facilitators through the competition phases.

• Coordinate registration, briefing and workshops for both participants and judges.

• Work closely with the volunteer Committee on tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the competitions and events.

• Communicate with schools and partners to ensure participation

• Track programme expenses, procurements, and submit claims in accordance with finance guidelines.

• Prepare post-event reports, including grant reporting, 4PM’s annual report and internal updates.

Qualifications& Experience

•Diploma

•At least 3 years’ experience in programmes and/or events
