What You’ll Be Doing

As an Executive, Operations, this role is to support our Body & Paint (B&P) workshop operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between customers, insurance partners, and internal teams while delivering high-quality service and operational efficiency.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers, insurers, and surveyors.
• Assess damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates, including supplementary estimates when required.
• Liaise with insurance companies/surveyors to negotiate and finalize repair costs and timelines.
• Coordinate communication between Customer Service Advisors (CSAs), workshop, and parts department.
• Monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion and provide status updates.
• Prepare detailed work orders and ensure compliance with company and GIA guidelines.
• Conduct final checks on completed vehicles (quality and cleanliness).
• Maintain proper documentation and storage of damaged parts for inspection.
• Support workshop operations, ensure safety/housekeeping standards, and assist frontline when needed.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or relevant qualification (Automotive/Engineering preferred).
• Experience in automotive workshop, insurance claims, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good problem-solving skills.
