Functional (job responsibilities)

• Responsible in daily processing and disbursement / account creation / loan facility implementation /
• Month End Reporting.
• Ensure timely disbursement, financing terms and conditions / documentation are fully complied within
• guidelines and highlight cases with deviations.
• Provide high standard of customer service quality and fast turnaround time to achieve customer
• satisfaction.
• Pre-drawn down check and to ensure documents submitted by applicants/ dealers/ distributors are in
• order.
• Ensure close monitoring and follow up on outstanding documents are received and Hire Purchase
• legal docs are send out to customers within the time frame.
• Work closely with business units / dealers / distributors to develop SLA for various products &
• services,
• Ensure Bank interest is lodged before disbursement and all legal docs are promptly safe keep.
• Ensure accuracy on disbursement and commission paid out.
• Appoint to assist checker to ensure all pre-drawn down checks are promptly conduct by staff.
• Printing of legal documents/ Sorting and monitoring movement credit files/legal docs requested by
• other units.
• Archiving legal docs / credit file to warehouse for safekeeping.
• Preparing letter of undertaking, Letter of offer and Board Resolution (if any).
• Provide guidance and training to new disbursement Officers.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the Company Management.
• Perform UAT testing and data clearing if require.

Education/Qualification

• At least Diploma

Experience

• Prior experience on documentation and disbursement for Auto and retail loans.
• Possess to 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a Financial Institution or Motor trade industry

Special Skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & Excel applications
• Able to multi task and drive to outcomes with tight timelines
• Independent and hardworking
