Executive, Project Operations Support

Job Summary

• Create job number, update sales data, billing milestone & cost budget etc. in SAP
• To provide admin support for Project & Maintenance jobs costing and billings
• Verify and process billing request/advice for advance payment and progressive claims
• Update the changes in SAP for monthly revenue run and sales forecast
• Compile and submit monthly Order Analysis Report
• Co-ordinate with Finance, Operation Department and insurance broker for project insurance.
• Support External and Internal Auditors queries relating to job creations, amendment, and billing.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment from superior.

 
Requirements

• Proficient with SAP (e.g. Project System Module & Sales and Distribution Module), MS Word and MS Excel is a must
• Project billing and contract handling experiences
• Some accounting (GST Knowledge, Contract understanding (e.g. PO, milestone advance payment etc.) will be added advantage
• Meticulous, highly organized and positive attitude; Able to process high volume of work
• Worked in turnkey and maintenance industry will be added advantage
