Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Executive Secretary and Corporate Compliance Coordinator to support the Managing Director and General Managers. This role involves managing corporate compliance initiatives, overseeing social responsibility programs, coordinating diversity and inclusion efforts, handling financial reporting, sales forecast reporting, monthly reporting, staff timesheet tracking, and various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate compliance matters, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.

- Coordinate and implement social responsibility initiatives, including community engagement, philanthropy, and sustainability efforts, in alignment with company values and objectives.

- Facilitate diversity and inclusion initiatives, including recruitment strategies, employee training programs, and diversity reporting requirements.

- Prepare financial reports, including sales forecasts, monthly reports, and staff timesheet tracking, to support decision-making and strategic planning.

- Prepare monthly reports on compliance, social responsibility, diversity, and environmental sustainability efforts for presentation to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

- Coordinate and organize training sessions and workshops on compliance, social responsibility, diversity, and environmental sustainability topics for employees at all levels.

- Assist with performance management activities, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.

- Represent the company at client meetings, social gatherings, and industry events as needed, fostering positive relationships and promoting the company's values and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, Marketing or related field preferred.

- Proven experience in corporate compliance, social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, financial reporting, sales forecast, and staff timesheet tracking.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in compliance, social responsibility, diversity, and environmental sustainability.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software applications as needed.

- Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and professionalism.

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
