Executive/ Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager Security (Training & Development)

Job Description

The successful candidate will join Security Department, Safety, Security and Quality Division. He/She will be responsible for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of security training programmes for crew and ground staff and will work with relevant stakeholders to align training with operational needs and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, design and update security training curricula and courseware for crew and ground staff to meet regulatory and company requirements.


• Deliver security training using appropriate adult-learning methods and education technologies.


• Plan, manage and coordinate security training programmes and schedules with internal departments and external training administration teams.


• Engage internal stakeholders and external agencies to promote and sustain a strong security culture and awareness through workshops, seminars and campaigns.


• Provide subject-matter support on security training matters, including ad-hoc briefings and refresher sessions when required.


• Support security-related initiatives and projects, contributing training expertise to enhance overall organisational security readiness.


• Conduct assigned line station security audits and perform Duty Security Administrator (DSA) responsibilities as rostered.


• Support operational security requirements, which can involve activation at irregular hours depending on operational exigencies or when necessary.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline.


• Experience in security, aviation security or training and development, preferably within an airline or aviation-related organisation and involving frontline/operational staff.


• Familiarity with adult-learning methodologies and training technologies.


• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including supporting audits, inspections and other compliance activities.
