Executive / Senior Executive, Inventory, Parts Dept

Our esteemed client, is searching for an Inventory Executive:

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inventory planning and monitor stock level in the warehouse
• Work closely with Service Center and prepare demand forecast and supply analysis reports
• Make recommendations on stock purchase and the mode of dispatch
• Identify and execute actions to improve stock inventory performance
• Work with sales team to plan for future stock level for new automotive models
• Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory forecasting within the automotive industry is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and competent in using Dynamics AX

Additional Information:

• Salary: Basic up to $3,800 + Twice Yearly Bonus
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 5.30PM
• Working Location: Benoi/Changi

Basic from $2,601 to 3,800 (salary will commensurate with experience) Eligible for June bonus (2 months) + December bonus (1 month)
