Executive, SingHealth Translational Immunology & Inflammation Centre (Contract) - with Growth Opport

The primary focus of this role is to support the partnership with the Eureka Institute for Translational Medicine (Eureka Institute). 

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Eureka Institute, and work closely with its appointed officer, Eureka COO (based in a different time zone), to support its strategic initiatives, partner relations and manage its online community and website.  You will be responsible for leading and managing outreach activities in Singapore, and provide remote project support for select overseas events or initiatives under the direction of Eureka Leadership. 

In addition, you will be assigned to provide project support to select TII projects or initiatives and provide administrative support under the direction of the Director and/or Senior Project Manager. 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in leading and managing events independently, developing event marketing collaterals, and managing and maintaining online communities and or website content 
• Experience in providing administrative and operational support to non-profit organisations
• Possess strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills 
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team 
• Proficiency with Apple iOS applications (Pages, Numbers) is preferred
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
