Executive, Swim & Sports

Job Description

• Organising and running the Swim & Sports section under the direction of the Swim & Sports Manager (Sports) and Director, Swim and Sports.
• Oversee the daily operation of the Swim & Sports Department, which consists of 40% administrative and 60% operational duties.
• Assist in planning & set positive direction and leadership for the Swim & Sports Department (Sports Operations – Gym / Sports / Bowling / Swim counter).
• Responsible for the efficiency and smooth running of the Swim & Sports department.
• Ensure the smooth running of all the events/programmes/meetings at the club.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Sports Management or equivalent.
• Organized and possesses swimming/sports knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in swimming and sports programme administration and coordination of swim and sports meets.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Can easily multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong organisational, communications and interpersonal skills.
• 5 days work week (Comfortable to work on weekends and Public Holidays).
