Job Description:
Supports the implementation of projects and programs undertaken by the Transformation Office.
Plans, prepares, and facilitates check-ins with initiative owners to monitor progress and implementation status.
Performs data analysis to support initiative ideation and problem‑solving.
Prepares reports, dashboards, and communications to update management on program status and outcomes.
Provides secretarial and administrative support for management and board committees.
Requirements:
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in project management, transformation, consulting, operations, PMO, or analytics (fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience are encouraged to apply).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Good planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
