Executive/HR Generalist - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Responsibilities: 

• In-charge with end-to end full cycle of Talent Acquisition. (From sourcing to conducting orientation with the newly hired.) 
• Carry out preparing and liaising internships and other programs with educational institutions. 
• Manage the monthly payroll, administering work pass, leave and benefits.
• Handle employee confirmation, contract renewal, resignation, and compensation review activities.
• Takes part in the planning, contributing ideas, and providing guidance on the regulatory requirements. 
• Prompt completion of exit interviews and exit clearance.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource/ Business Management or related discipline. 
• With 6+ years of HR role working experience in the related industry. 
• Can work independently and able to multitask.
