Executive/Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.

Set sales goals, quotas, and targets for the team and individual sales representatives.

Analyze sales data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Identify and qualify leads, and develop strategies for closing deals.

Manage the sales pipeline and ensure a steady flow of opportunitie

Introduce and demonstrate products or services during livestream

Encourage purchases, follows, likes, and shares during live sessions

Assist in preparing scripts, product information, and promotional materials

Handle basic troubleshooting during live broadcasts if needed

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods
• Outgoing, confident, and charismatic personality
• Ability to engage and entertain audiences live
• Familiarity with livestreaming platforms and social media trends
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of lighting, audio, and streaming equipment preferred
• Flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends if required
