Job Description & Requirements
General Description (Job Scope)
- To take charge of the warehouse daily activities.
- To lead the program to achieve company and program’s objectives To be responsible for the operating cost and ensure profitability of the program.
- To lead and motivate staff to achieve suppliers and customers objectives.
- Identify and schedule training for the warehouse administration staff.
- To enforce compliance to the warehouse procedures and safety.
- Ensure Quality Policy and Objectives are understood, implemented and complied by the staff.
Specific Accountabilties
- Recruitment of staff.
- Take discipline action on staff when required.
- Approve staff leave, medical leave and taxi claim.
- Approve requsition on items for packaging for warehouse usage.
Skills Required
- Computer literacy.
- Good human and management skills.
- Knowledge in presentation software.
- Good analytical and management skills.
Experience & Qualification
- At least 3 years related experience in the Semicon industry and possess the capacity of managing warehouse operations.
Other requirements
- Able to commit 5.5 days work week.
