Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) or ARC (S), is a not-for-profit charity based in Singapore, dedicated to serve individuals on the autism spectrum across their lifespan.

We offer a wide range of services from early childhood to education and adult years, including two social enterprises.

ARC (S) has been expanding our services over the years and in the coming year, we will embark on preparations for a transition from a registered society to a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG). This marks an important milestone in ARC's organisational journey and reflects our commitment to strengthening governance, enhancing accountability, and positioning the organisation to better meet future needs.

Purpose of the Role

Supporting the Senior Manager, Corporate Governance and Transformation in this transformation, the incumbent will provide dedicated coordination, documentation and administrative support to the Senior Manager across regulatory and legal coordination and contract/novation tracking during the conversion.

This is a Fixed-term contract with a project span of about 2.5–3 years, with potential to transition into a permanent role.

In the initial phase of this contract, candidate is expected to take on some aspects of Risk, Governance & Compliance work for the charity as part of the foundational work and familiarization process.

What you will do

• Serve as a key partner to the Senior Manager in coordinating cross-functional project activities, tracking progress, facilitating meetings, and driving timely completion of action items.
• Support regulatory compliance, legal coordination, and stakeholder communications by maintaining compliance trackers, preparing correspondence, and managing document repositories.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping, timely follow-up on critical deadlines, effective stakeholder communications, and the maintenance of audit-ready documentation to support compliance, governance, and project delivery objectives.
• Administer contract, lease, licence, and grant agreement novation processes, including inventory management, status tracking, document control, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Provide accurate reporting, due diligence support, and dashboard updates to enable informed decision-making and executive oversight.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in compliance, governance, project coordination, or legal/regulatory support; exposure to a restructuring, conversion or similar regulatory project is an advantage
• Proficient with MS Office and document management systems; familiarity with governance-risk-compliance (GRC) tools is an advantage
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, comfortable owning trackers and deadlines end-to-end
• Strong written communication skills, capable of producing clear correspondence and accurate meeting minutes with minimal supervision
• High discretion in handling confidential legal, financial and personnel information
