Executive/Senior Executive, Engagement

WHO WE ARE:

*SCAPE Co., Ltd. is a non-profit organisation, a registered charity, and an Institution of a Public Character that engages and nurtures youth by developing their talents. At *SCAPE, we offer a holistic network of programmes, communities, and facilities to support youth in their pursuit of interests and passion areas. Together with our partners, we inspire and empower our youth to discover boundless possibilities.

Volunteer Management 

• Build a pipeline of suitable and ready volunteers to meet the needs of programmes in *SCAPE through effective recruitment, engagement, training and retention. 


• Ensure the volunteer management framework, including recruitment, training, engagement, and retention strategies are well executed. 


• Identify and create volunteer opportunities to attract and engage volunteers meaningfully and regularly. 


• Oversee volunteer deployment across various programs and initiatives. 


• Maintain an effective volunteer database and track volunteer impact. 

Youth Engagement 

• Support planning and delivery of youth engagement programmes and/or initiatives at *SCAPE 


• Assist in activations and/or partnerships with external parties, including coordination across different parties and documentation 


• Assist in reaching out to Institutes of Higher Learning to recruit volunteers and share on general programmes at *SCAPE 


• Work with the Somerset Belt Youth Colab on youth engagement activations. 


• Staff will support in other areas tasked.
