Executive/Senior Executive (Family Support & Development) - Immediate Start

The Executive / Senior Executive provides casework support to low-income families and individuals in improving their resources and ability to cope with their challenges. He/She manages a programme, either mentoring and tutoring programme for upper primary/lower secondary school students who are academically weaker or play-based programme which facilitates the learning of pre-schoolers. He/She also work closely with volunteers who contribute in it. 

Job Responsibilities:

a) Case Management

• Assesses and recommends appropriate financial assistance and other forms of support to families and individuals.
• Supports and monitors families’ progress in improving their resources and ability to cope with their challenges.

b) Programme Management

• Manages the operation of the programme
• Organise activities and projects to engage and support beneficiaries
• Evaluate the activities and projects

c) Stakeholders Management

• Engages volunteers and partners in programme planning and implementation
• Manages volunteers systematically from recruitment, training to providing feedback and recognition.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree, preferably in Social Sciences 
• Has passion to work with low-income families, students and volunteers.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented attitude
• Strong organising skills with the ability to work in teams and independently
• Caring, responsible and resilient
• Proactive in learning
• Able to serve English and Mandarin-speaking clients
• Able to serve Dialect-speaking client will be preferred 
• Willing to work on Saturday
