Exhibitions & Collections Executive (Museum)

You will support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, manage logistics and documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Up to $4,000 per month

Contract Period: 1 year

Location: Central Region / West Region (as required)

Working Hours: Office hours (may vary based on project needs)

Responsibilities:

Exhibitions & Project Management

• Support the planning and execution of exhibitions and gallery rotations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, procurement, and documentation
• Coordinate logistics including shipping, installation, crate fabrication, insurance, and courier arrangements
• Liaise with curators, designers, contractors, lenders, and conservation specialists
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and reporting

Collections & Registrar Support

• Support acquisitions, donations, and incoming/outgoing loans, including documentation and agreements
• Coordinate artefact movement, condition reporting, conservation, and insurance processes
• Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements (where applicable)
• Assist in artefact storage management, inventory control, and environmental monitoring
• Support stock-take exercises and collections documentation

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Diploma or Degree in Arts, History, Communications, Events Management, or related fields
• Preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience in museums, galleries, or cultural institutions (entry-level candidates may be considered)
