Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels
• Manage paid advertising campaigns to optimize customer acquisition cost and return on ad spend
• Oversee content calendars and collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging campaign assets
• Analyze campaign performance data to inform ongoing optimization and budget allocation
• Manage relationships with external agencies, platforms, and marketing technology vendors
• Lead website and landing page optimization efforts to improve conversion rates
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging platforms to maintain competitive advantage

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of managing multi-channel campaigns

Preferred competencies and qualifications
