Recruit123 is currently partnering with an established SaaS company to hire a Customer Success Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in an upcoming new product launch while managing and expanding a specialized software client portfolio.
What you will be doing:
In this role, you will focus on onboarding new accounts, educating software users, and ensuring each client portfolio receives strategic attention to drive retention and expansion. Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating with corporate clients to ensure smooth platform implementation and drive user adoption. You will execute tailored customer success and engagement strategies aligned with product guidelines, analyze client health data to increase platform presence, and build strong, trusting relationships with tech leaders, operational heads, and key stakeholders. Additionally, you will handle data-driven product detailing for new feature updates, manage your daily schedule to support multiple corporate accounts, assist in coordinating user training webinars, and gather product feedback or market intelligence to ensure alignment with company growth targets.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations within the B2B SaaS space. Because you will handle multiple client accounts and product modules, strong organizational and time-management skills are essential. You should be highly adaptable, comfortable learning different software workflows, and able to switch platform messaging smoothly depending on the client's industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, including the ability to handle technical objections or adoption hurdles from users with patience and data.
