ID:\n\nJR93189 F10 DAST Material Handling and Automation Engineer\n\nOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.\n\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Leading every facet of operations, staffing and improving functional performance in the SMART warehouse \n\n\n * Optimize operational strategies to integrate robotic-process-automation (RPA), and human\u2013robot collaborations that enable lean and effective spares/material storage and distribution from Warehouse to Fab \n\n\n * Maintain close communication and collaboration with internal and external customers to achieve strategic business objectives \n\n\n * Facilitate timely and accurate receipt of both Inventory goods and non-inventory goods and distribution to internal customers \n\n\n * Maintaining inventory stock, perform cycle counts and inventory auditing accuracy \n\n\n * Active participation in continuous improvement to drive innovation and breakthrough, including process automation, and agentic-AI approach to problem detection, prediction, and optimizing performance. \n\n\n * Promote a Safe and Green Working Environment through developing adequate processes, procedures and training to align with safety, quality and sustainability goals \n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain, Computer, Electrical \u0026 Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering and related fields; or minimum 3 years of equivalent experience \n\n\n * Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and develop an inclusive and effective team. \n\n\n * Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills \n\n\n * Embrace challenges with a strong work ethic, and proactive to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. \n\n\n * Knowledge of and experience supply chain logistics or warehouse or SAP is preferred. \n\n\n * Understanding or interest in Agentic-AI applications or data visualization is helpful. \n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nFAB Engineer 1\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
