FA Technician (SMM)

FA Technician (SMM) 
Basic Salary: $1800-$2200
Attendance Allowance $50
Annual Leave: 7 days
Night Shift: $15/day (if applicable)
Working Hrs: 8:15am - 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:

•  Perform 100% dimensional measurement and visual inspection on incoming / In-process and Finished Goods FA
• Gather data for analysis by FA supervisor/ Engineer.
• Ensure products are fabricated accordingly to process routing, drawings, and specifications. 
• Ensure all FA products meet customers’ specification before acceptance of goods.
• Provide feedback to the Supervisor/ Engineer if any abnormalities found in the process and ensure timely problem resolution.
• Prepare inspection reports.
• Any other ad hoc duties.

Requirements: 

• Able to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge in GD&T and basic measuring equipment.
• At least 2-3 year of experience in QA environment performing dimensional inspection on sheetmetal / machining parts.
• Able to commit to overtime / shift work when required.
• Those with experience in using CMM will be considered favorably.
