Job Responsibilities:
Plan and implement Preventive and Corrective Maintenance programs for Facilities Mechanical systems including Cleanroom HVAC, GHVAC, Exhaust, Exhaust scrubbers, Process Cooling Water, Chillers, Cooling Tower, Boilers, Heat Pump, Compressed Dry Air, Fire Protection, Potable Water, Non-Potable Water and Process Vacuum to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.
Respond and problem solving of Mechanical system issues and Manufacturing Production interruptions due to Mechanical related systems.
Support or lead Mechanical system expansion projects to facilitate tool utilities demand of future technology of manufacturing equipment.
Support or lead Mechanical engineering projects includes new construction, system upgrading and quality improvement.
Plan, design and lead Cleanroom Facilities Mechanical system expansion projects to facilitate tool utilities demand of future technology of Manufacturing equipment.
Identification, evaluation and potential implementation of advanced technology on Mechanical systems to improve electricity, waste or water reduction to align to Micron Environment Sustainability efforts.
Perform effective system capacity tracking and planning for Mechanical systems.
Enforce to company’s Environmental Safety Health policy and procedure, Standard Operating Procedure with Risk Assessment, good housekeeping standard and quality policy when performing work.
Utilize computer base software to document and analyses records of maintenance work order, equipment history and project tracking.
Responsible for continual improvement of preventive maintenance programs for systems to achieve optimal system performance and uptime.
Engage in driving System Reliability improvement initiative to enable maximum equipment uptime and reduction of system interruption.
Lead troubleshooting and timely response to site for system abnormities to reduce production impacts. Carry out Root Cause analysis and implement action plans to prevent recurrence.
Innovate ideas, implement predictive maintenance through SMART Facilities initiative in collaboration with control team.
Track and monitor equipment spare parts and consumable inventory.
Identification and enablement of smart technologies and AI for improvement of managed tasks, i.e.: project tracking, maintenance overviews, budget tracking, etc.
Procurement tasks involving ARIBA / SAP software for the purchase of services and parts to upkeep the Facilities Mechanical system.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related field with minimum of 5 years Facilities Experience
Knowledgeable in experienced and application of problem solving and data analysis methodology.
Considerable knowledge of Mechanical system maintenance practices, procedures and installation works.
Design and Engineering background of Mechanical system such as Chiller plant, Exhaust & Compressed Dry air is a plus.
Proficient in quality tools such as 8D & 5 WHY analysis for troubleshooting or incidents investigation.
Ability to understand and use P&ID, schematic diagram, single-line drawing and related equipment and system documentation.
Ability to work in a team environment with various professional level.
