Job Description - Facade Engineer

The Opportunity

  • Lead contribution to design projects, taking ownership of key workstreams with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables, while providing technical guidance and constructive feedback to others.
  • Support senior leaders in complex analysis, design development, and technical problem-solving.
  • Prepare high-quality specifications, proposals, reports, and presentations, delivered to agreed timelines.
  • Represent the team in external forums and actively support capability development, compliance, and quality standards.

Is this role right for you?

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated industry experience across buildings, interiors, façade, or sustainability design,with proven project delivery exposure.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital design tools (Rhino/Grasshopper, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD).
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organised, and strategic thinker, with a continuous improvement mindset and commitment to best practice.
