ID:\n\nJR93880 Facilities Building Services Technician (Evergreen)\n\nOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.\n\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\n\nResponsibilities and Tasks\n\n * Assist in developing scope of work for the provision of outsourced services provided\n\n\n\n\n * Assist in developing standard operating procedures and risk assessment for routine and non-routine works\n\n\n\n\n * Support the estimate of annual budgets required for service contracts, building maintenance and minor works\n\n\n\n\n * Support and assistance to engineers for building services project which includes civil and structural works\n\n\n\n\n * Attend daily meetings on day-to-day operation issues and participate actively in resolving issues pertaining to work areas\n\n\n\n\n * Carry out FMS work tasks assigned and close PM/CM work order in a timely manner\n\n\n\n\n * Provide guidance and supervision to in-house contractors and service contract providers\n\n\n\n\n * Ensure and maintain a high level of safety standards on all the work supervised to meet company goal in safety\n\n\n\n\n * Work closely with in-house contractors and service contract providers to meet the performance metric established\n\n\n\n\n * All team members are required to complete their learning items within the stipulated time frame\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Diploma/ITC (Higher NITEC)/NTC-2 (NITEC) in Architectural/ Civil/Electrical/Mechanical discipline.\n\n\n\n\n * Experience in building maintenance will be advantageous\n\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nFacilities Tech 2 - Facilities Tech 4\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
