• 1-year contract, convertible (with completion bonus)
• Location: Jurong Island (company transport provided)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.15 pm
• Capable to speak in Mandarin - to liaise with contractors in dialects
• Experience in manufacturing plant facilities with WSH knowledge
• Salary: $2,500 - 4,000

Role Overview:

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will support facilities management and general administration in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations: building maintenance, office upkeep, pantry/common areas, company vehicles, pest control, etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external service providers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Source, evaluate, and manage service providers/vendors/contracts.
• Maintain systematic and accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS651 standards.
• Participate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) initiatives and committees.
• Support Plant Shutdown Maintenance every two years.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in facilities management and administration in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health practices and ISO standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
