Facilities Executive

Report to: Facilities Manager / Facilities Assistant Manager

Job Summary 

Facilities Executive to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities. Ensure that the facility operates smoothly, efficiently, and safely, and will handle maintenance, repairs, and administrative tasks related to facility management.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Responsible for the security, maintenance and services of all facilities in the club
• Ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and that they meet legal requirements and safety standards
• Ensure that all facilities are fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing of facilities 
• Conduct repair, replacement, upgrading and preventive maintenance works for all facilities in the club
• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors and co workers
• Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments of facilities 
• Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies
• Manage and maintain the facilities by working closely with the contractors and vendors in compliances of all rules and regulations.
• Prepare and submit facilities related budget estimates, evaluation report, progress report and cost tracking reports.
• Develop and ensure facilities routine check 
• Develop and ensure facilities preventive maintenance strategies.
• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences
• Attend all site maintenance and technical problems, and resolve issues and recommend solutions
• Helping in any area of the club when circumstances dictate
