Job Description - Facilities Executive

Responsibilities

  1. Update, Maintain, Co-ordinate and Monitor all corrective and preventive maintenance programmes of the office equipment, furniture & fittings, lights, telephones, aircon, audio/ visual (AV) systems etc. Ensure that all are working well at all times, timely checked and duly maintained.

2.  Perform periodic inspection and initial troubleshooting to identify the root          cause of problem then liaise with the contractors / service providers to take      corrective measures to prevent disruption to the office operations.

3.  Office Room Arrangement - attend to enquiries, feedback, complaints and        room arrangement and administration.

4. Perform Office & Training rooms opening, set up and de-set up. (For eg:           seating arrangement, move the operable walls, TV, aircon, tables, etc)

5. Prepare Logistics set up for internal events. (For eg: moving of chairs,               tables, carpet, etc from other office level or from store) 

6. Source for comparative vendors / contractor quotes so as to carry out the         maintenance and repair works in the most cost effective manner and good       service standards.

7. Maintain storage and inventory of all facilities, accessories and equipment in     the office.

8. Respond to stakeholders’ feedback / inquiries and provide timely updates on the follow up.

9. Prepare and submit periodic reports and daily work schedule timely. 

10. Perform any other adhoc duties/projects as and when assigned.

 

Requirements

  1. Diploma / ITE / qualification or its equivalent
  2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar / related fields.
  3. Preferably someone with experience in mixed-development operation (office & training rooms). Possess basic equipment troubleshooting skills (AV system) is advantageous
  4. Must be able to lift heavy objects.
  5. Computer literate in Ms Words / Excel
  6. Be prepared to work on every Saturday and overtime when necessary

 

Other Information

  • Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)
  • 5.5 Day Work Week: Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday: 9.00am to 1.00pm (Alternate Saturday Work)
