Facilities Executive/Senior Executive
Duration: 6 months (extendable for 6 months)
Location: Jurong Point
Working hours: Mon - Fri, Office hours
Pay: Up to $4900 (depending on prior experiences)

Job Scope
- Supervise and monitor the Repainting Works and ensure timely completion within the approved budget
- Identify building defects and instruct operation staff to carry out repair works for the building
- Make recommendations and oversee the execution of building defect improvement works
- Assist on tenancy fit outs and reinstatement works
- Assist the Assistant Manager in reviewing the permit to work submissions by tenants
- Manage Workplace Safety & Health aspects of workplace and operations
- Review risk assessment submitted by tenants
- Provide support to marketing on relevant issues
- Arrange and coordinate with tenants on operational/tenancy issues or maintenance works

Job Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or any related discipline
