Job Description - Facilities Maintenance Assistant

Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment and common areas to ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, functionality and safety.
Coordinate and oversee repair, servicing and preventive maintenance works at HQ office and multiple outlets.
Perform general maintenance, repair and troubleshooting works, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and furniture.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve facility-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Source, liaise and coordinate with external contractors, vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
Monitor maintenance schedules to ensure all servicing and inspections are carried out according to operational requirements.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections and equipment servicing.
Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance tools, supplies and spare parts.
Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.
