·       Oversee maintenance and operations for mechanical and electrical
(M&E) systems in building facilities.

·       Supervise internal team members and external contractors.

·       Collaborate with the facilities team, contractors, and clients to resolve
technical issues.

·       Attend M&E -related meetings and prepare reports.

·       Assist in planning, coordinating, and controlling M&E works.

·       Schedule, monitor, and supervise work progress.

·       Handle client inquiries.

Requirements

1. Diploma  in Engineering, Building, Real Estate,
   Facilities Management, or related fields.
   
2. 3 years of
   experience in facilities maintenance operations
   
3. 5.5 -day work
   week.
