- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for various works and projects, including upgrades and renovations
- Review maintenance contracts, assess their specifications and contents, and seek necessary approvals for execution
- Conduct regular inspections of all properties to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep
- Assist the Manager in planning capital expenditure (Capex) and operating expenditure (Opex)
- Lease out and oversee the management of the Group's properties, including prospecting, presenting properties, negotiating lease agreements, and handling all tenancy-related matters
- Draft tenancy agreements and handle rental arrears
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in facilities management and leasing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office will have added advantages
