Key Responsibilities
Support the Facilities Management Team in day-to-day operations
Provide facilities management services for staff, including onboarding/offboarding preparations, bill payment processing, small-value purchases, and operational clearances
Coordinate staff pass issuance and termination for onboarding/offboarding staff
Coordinate laptop card processing and termination
Handle subscriptions of publications and mobile lines for senior management
Manage seasonal parking arrangements for staff and parking clearances for visitors and guests
Process utilities bill payments using the central system
Support the team in corporate operations and activities
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Good communication and engagement skills
Team player, self-driven, and fast learner
Experience in facilities management or government-related work is an advantage
6 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
