Our client is a global leader in Oil & Gas, Marine Offshore Engineering. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for Facilities & Yard Development Manager.

 Responsibilities 

• Maintain yard machineries, equipment and facility at optimum level without compromising safety and environmental conditions.
• Preparing and reviewing work schedules and preventive maintenance.
• Delegating work responsibilities.
• Setup, review and update the organizational procedures.
• Verifying daily maintenance activities and the quality of work.
• Reviewing maintenance reports according to maintenance plan.
• Monitor and review maintenance staff performance.
• Involve Facility and Maintenance activities and Decision Making.
• Ensures equipment availability is adequate to meet the project plan.
• Engaging service providers and contractors for specialized works.
• Attend internal department meetings, safety committee meeting, operation meeting and client meetings.
• Execute internal pre-auditing and support internal, external audits.
• Monitor of the worker overtime man hours and implement the necessary measures to control.
• Issue letters to contractors if equipment / machineries are damaged during contractor’s rental period. Damages to be back charge to contractors.
• Allocate and approve the yard storage space request for module fabrication works.
• Approve the purchase request of new spare parts & equipment’s.

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Min 10 years’ of maintenance working experience in marine shipyard industry or related industry
• Hands on experience in welding machine and CNC plate cutting machine troubleshooting works or equivalent working experience
